If the items are returned in the same condition as you received them then you will be fully refunded;

We can exchange the occasional defective goods.
All returned items are subject to final inspection before exchange will be processed. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for an exchange to be processed.
It should be emphasized that if you are unable to return or exchange the products within 30 days of receipt, request will not be entertained.
But please noted that "SIZE NOT FIT" is not our faulty, but we are glad to accept FREE EXCHANGE on size ONLY ONE TIME and buyers must pay the shipping cost in advance. And Free Exchange are strictly defined only free for the same style; if want to change the style or other items, we will appropriately charge 30% -50% handling fees.
All the items on our website are from the factory directly, if you are not sure what is your size, you can see "F.A.Q" for help. And we suggest you can order 1 pc to check the size before your big orders.
Remarks on Returns and Exchange:
If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5/7 days of receipt the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
Once you receive Return address, you must then ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
Please well packaged the returned goods, we are not responsible for returned shipping damages. Also you should inform us a traceable tracking number for the returned parcels.
