Shipping 

We use EMS Or DHL as our primary carrier service after the payment is received.

Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed and your payment is verified. The in-stock item will be shipped in 2 working days.If the items are out of the stock,we will inform you at the first time. You could check your email or Spam/Junk. As usual,it takes about 7 business days for delievery.Once we ship them out,we will mail you the tracking number,you could track it on the website.

In order to aviod an item being returned back to us,please confirm that the shipping address could receive the parcel.Or it will return back to us if there is nobody sign the parcel.

Return

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. All ordered items here are closely to the word here "what you see on our website are what you get within 7days". We accept your return in 180 days,but please contact us first.And all items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

If customers ask for refunding,we will collect 8% of restocking fees.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Once the parcel has been we get here, the refund will be issued back to the PayPal or Credit card account with which the service was purchased.As usual,it takes 5 to 25 business days for you to get the refund.

Exchange

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us ,we will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items first,then we will do the exchange for you once we receive your parcel.All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. 

Cancellation

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched.If you want to cancel the order before we ship that we will charge you 8% payment commission of amount.Hope you can understand in this keypoint.
